High School Scholars: Information for Accepted Students

Congratulations on being accepted into the High School Scholars Program at The University of Scranton! Please read through the information below to prepare for your experience. Please note that spring and summer courses will be offered online or on campus, as indicated in the course schedule search. Please contact your advisor with any questions.

  • Confirming Admissionplus or minus

    To guarantee your seat in the High School Scholars Program, please complete the enrollment form found on your status page at least two weeks before the start of classes.

    Please note: Students enrolled in the High School Scholars Program for the Fall or Spring terms must update their High School Scholars applications with a new transcript, SAT scores (if available) and registration form in order to be able to register for High School Scholars classes in the Summer term.

  • Orientationplus or minus

    Those accepted into the High School Scholars Program will participate in an Orientation session hosted on campus. Further information will be sent to accepted High School Scholars students by email. Some things to anticipate during Orientation include:

    • Virtual campus tour
    • Information about ordering books
    • Guest speakers from Admissions and Student Services
    • Information about:
    •      Support Services
    •      Library
    •      Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence
    •      Parking
    •      Academic Advising 
    •      Future Opportunities
    •      Photo taken for Royal Card
