Royal Days for Accepted Students

Become a Scranton student for a day! Attend The University of Scranton's Royal Days program. Accepted students will have the opportunity to attend a class, eat in our dining hall, meet with students and learn more about life on campus. Come and see what The University of Scranton has to offer you.

Check-in: 8:15 - 9:00 a.m.

Check-out: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

 

RSVP: Reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis. The online registration form must be submitted in order to reserve a space. Please visit the Royal Days channel of your status page to register. You will need your username and password. If you have never accessed your status page before, please refer to your acceptance letter for directions.

  • What Will I Do?plus or minus

    As a student attending Royal Days, not only will you get to experience our campus first-hand, but you will also have the benefit of interacting with potential future classmates, attending a class and eating in our dining hall. Optional campus tours will also be available at the end of the day.

  • General Schedule of Student Eventsplus or minus

    On Monday, students will participate in the following:

    -Welcome session
    -Class
    -Scranton student panel
    -Lunch with a Scranton student

    An optional campus tour will also be available for students and their families. 

    Students will receive a final, personalized schedule upon check-in at Royal Days. 

  • General Schedule of Parent/Guardian Eventsplus or minus

    On Monday, parents/guardians are invited to join us for a:

    -Welcome session
    -Campus Representative Panel
    -Luncheon 

    An optional campus tour will also be available for students and their families. A link to the parent/guardian program can be found here.

  • Hotel Accommodationsplus or minus

    The Hilton Scranton & Conference Center and the Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel are within walking distance to the University for parents who wish to stay overnight during the Royal Days program.

  • Driving/Parking Directions & Campus Mapplus or minus

    For directions to campus, please click here. You will need to park your car in the Fitzpatrick Field lot. For more detailed parking instructions, click here. Shuttles will be available to take you to the DeNaples Center from this location. If you plan to stay at the Hilton Scranton & Conference Center or the Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel on Sunday night, we will also have a shuttle available to transport you from the hotel to our campus on Monday morning. Check-in takes place on the fourth floor of the DeNaples Center.
