Visit Opportunities for School Counselors
- A school counselor visit provides an opportunity for a high school counselor (or a group of counselors) to meet with an admissions counselor to learn more about Scranton. A personal tour of the University and a complimentary meal will also be provided. Please contact your admissions counselor for more information.
- An overnight guidance counselor visit is available for those counselors who are traveling a distance and wish to stay overnight. The visit will include an opportunity to meet with an admissions counselor to discuss Scranton, a personal campus tour, complimentary meals and a complimentary hotel room in our downtown area. Please contact your admissions counselor for more information.
- The Catholic Colleges Tour of Northeastern Pennsylvania allows a group of school counselors to tour King’s College, Misericordia University, Marywood University and The University of Scranton over a 2 ½ day period. All expenses, with the exception of transportation to the host hotel, are complimentary including hotel rooms, meals and transportation between colleges. Tour dates for 2024 are April 17-19.
