Applying for Financial Aid

Financing your education is an important consideration and The University of Scranton is sensitive to these challenges. The University of Scranton provides a comprehensive financial aid and scholarship program that includes grants, merit scholarships, loans and work study. Monthly installment and family tuition reduction plans are also available. We encourage you to use our online information to educate yourself about the programs. Scholarships

All accepted students are evaluated for academic merit scholarships. No special applications are required. Students receiving merit scholarships will be notified of the amount in their acceptance letter. For more information on financial aid and scholarships, please click here.

Tuition & Fees

You can view a summary of our tuition and fees. In order to obtain an estimate of what type of scholarship and need-based aid your family might qualify for, please use our net price calculator.

Family Tuition Reduction

Whenever two or more dependents from the same family are in attendance at the University as full time undergraduate students in the same semester or session, a special Family Tuition Reduction policy will apply. Each student will receive a 10% discount on the total tuition charges. Fees, room and board are not included in the calculation of the discount.
