The University of Scranton School Counselor Fly In Days

The University of Scranton's Fly In Days are an exciting opportunity for School and Independent Counselors to dive deep into Scranton’s community and discover all the possibilities available for your students. You will experience why the University is the "best of" in so many ways as you interact with current students, alumni, faculty and University leadership. You’ll also have the chance to network with fellow School Counselors at receptions, dinners and while touring the area.

Last year, we hosted some amazing School Counselors from across the United States, including: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin!

What's in store for our Fly In? Some of our favorite parts of your upcoming visit include:

• Meet Our Friendly Royals - Get to know our students and hear their special Scranton stories throughout their time at The University.
• Campus Tour - Experience first-hand how our campus facilities allow our staff and faculty to take our students' education to a new and innovative level.
• Get to Know Our Professors -  Engage in meaningful conversations with our amazing professors on how to provide the most valuable education for our students.
• Off-Campus Adventures - Take a trip Chapman Lake, Scranton's beautiful retreat center, and explore downtown Scranton's "electric" atmosphere.
• Food, Food, Food! - See why Scranton's dining is ranked #25 in the nation by enjoying complimentary meals in our dining hall and our receptions.

We know how busy your schedule is, so we have made it very easy to come and visit us! Your travel expenses will be covered up to $500, and hotel and meals will be fully covered by The University of Scranton.
