Virtual Visit Experiences

Virtual Visit Experiences

While we are offering campus visits during this time, we realize that not everyone is able to travel to campus. We are happy to offer students and their families a way to experience our community and learn more about Scranton without leaving their home.

We hope you will take advantage of the many opportunities to connect with us!

Virtual Information Session

This forty-five minute presentation by an admissions counselor provides an overview of the University and the admissions process, with time for questions. Register here.

Virtual Interview

Seniors who have been deferred: If your admissions decision has been deferred, we invite you to complete an interview with an admissions counselor. You can schedule this interview by logging into your status page.

Seniors who have not yet applied or have not yet received an admissions decision: These 20 minute virtual interviews via Zoom are offered to high school seniors who intend to apply or have not yet received their admissions decision. Request your appointment by emailing us at admistour@scranton.edu.

Admitted Student Appointment

If you have been accepted and have questions, we invite you to complete an Admitted Student Appointment with an admissions counselor. You can schedule this by logging into your status page.

Virtual Personal Appointment

This half-hour virtual session with an admissions counselor is non-evaluative and is perfect for students and parents who may have questions about the University or want to discuss a specific situation with regard to admission. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you in a non-evaluative setting.

COVID-19 Response

Please visit our website for links to campus communications and resources regarding COVID-19.

I got the same feeling during our virtual experience that I got over a year ago when visiting campus with my daughter. It is still clear to me what a special place Scranton is and that everyone is part of a family.
